No cabal on Io
Alright I know I’m probably way behind on this, but the invitation of the nine quest from Xur where you need cabal fragments on Io. THERE ARE NO CABAL EVEN WITH THE FLASHPOINT GOING ON. I get this is a very small thing, but it’s very frustrating. You replaced the one area where cabal would spawn/ public event with a seraph tower/bunker which is fine but now I can’t complete this step. Been waiting for 3 weeks for a cabal public event.

Io is the Flashpoint this week IIRC so run the Story Event if it is Cabal centric. Either that or hit up the Heroic Story playlist and see if there is a Io story you can run that has Cabal enemies.
