Hard Light. Is now getting nerfed. Because of those who couldn’t use the 200 other weapons and ability combos that could counter it. Hell, even Suros Regime is a great weapon to tackle that gun.
But here we are. Bungie is releasing the new hotfix tomorrow to give the most neglected exotic of D1 and D2 (leading up to the end of last season) it’s official damage and fall-off nerf for PvP. PvE remains the same, which is nice, but this is another loss for us. I started playing with the gun again, and enjoying everything about it. I beat a lot of people, but got killed just as much, typically because someone got the first shot off me or I missed 1 or 2 shots. The gun isn’t broken. It’s always been a great weapon, and was powerful before it’s recoil adjustment.
If you feel the need to jump into Reddit or Bungie forums to complain about something only YOU feel that is OP, but really isn’t, then YOU of all people need to adjust how you play. I purposely use non-meta loadouts, get used to them, then work my way to meta. Anytime a meta shifts, I’ll be able to adjust, we have that freedom to do so! I switch around my loadout a couple of times during matches to get ahead of the competition. People don’t expect it, and it will either force them to change up their engagements with me, sometimes benefitting them and sometimes it doesn’t.
Stop coming here and crying about your problems. I gave up complaining, because I finally learned that no one is gonna care about what you think. The forums are meant for talking about the game, sharing loadouts and secrets, exploits to glitches, and of course letting Bungie know of cheaters, broken weapons/abilities with ACTUAL game-breaking problems that impact everyone playing.
Now about that Bounty Simulator grind.....
