I've seen this issue is pretty bad after googling it a few times. Seems to be more of an issue now more recently. I apologize for not having a video to link but there are videos online of people having the exact issue. I play mostly on PC and some on stadia. It doesn't do it on stadia. It's not absolutely horrible for me but it's quite annoying. It does seem to get worse after I sit in orbit for a long time. It does it with vsync on or off and with frames limited or not. It does not do it when loaded in a game world and actually doing activities but when my character is not active and I am in the start menu and using the character screens. It doesn't seem to do it in the bounty or store director screen. Very strange occurrence
