Hello fellow guardians! for quite some time i have created new types of concepts, whether it be grenade launchers or a sword. So this time i am going to take a different approach...
...perk concepts...
so my goal for this forum is get to 10 total perk concepts: made....and drawn.....with my horrible but determined drawing techniques.

Getting max ammo with this weapon grants precision damage for the rest of its magazine.
2.

Continuously shooting this weapon below its RPM gradually increases its stability and damage.

Using any ability While this weapon is equipped increases rate of fire for a short time.

Getting damaged while reloading will reset the next mag to full capacity once the mag has hit zero.

Doing Technical moves (Dodging/Strafing under fire, sliding towards cover, vaulting etc.) with this weapon held grants bonus target acquisition and stow and ready speed for a short time.

If this pulse rifle lands 3 presicion hits in one burst, the next burst will have gradual increased stability and damage. Stacks up to 3 times.

Flicker on the radar at all times if weapon is held, but get pinpointed on the radar if critically wounded, stowed away, or firing repeatedly.

This Weapons first shot in a burst is reactive, followed by higher-damaging two bullets. This weapon is more accurate moving while aiming down sights.

This weapon shoots Fragment-infused rounds that causes damage overtime if landed repeatedly.

A special Breed of a high impact frame, this scout rifle shoots two rounds of same bullet, but at a slower rate. Grants bonus presicion damage landing headshots in this mode. Hold [X] to flip to single fire in grants to fire rate, but in cost of damage.
11.
[B]Motionless hammer[/b] (Hand cannons) -
Partially holding the hammer before firing grants bonus stability and precision damage.
12.
[B]Hidden Addition[/b] (pulse/fusion rifles) -
Repeated hits with this weapon grants an additional projectile in the burst, up to 3 (pulse) or up to 4 (fusion). Lasts until reload.
13.
[B]Trigger Happy[/b] -
Repeated presicion hits with this weapon gradually increases precision and base damage. Lasts until reload.
14.
[B]Feint Of Heart[/b] (Swords) -
Impact is moderately increased in cost of casting times, feint power attacks with (X) or [RB]; Attacks after a feint deal more damage.
Feints take no ammo.
15.
[B]Raging Bull[/b] (Rocket/Grenade launchers) -
Damaging yourself with this weapon drastically increases resilience for moderate duration. Lasts until critical.
16.
[B]Loneful warrior[/b] (general) -
When no allies are nearby: gain a boost to range and stability. Kills in this state partially refunds ammo to the reserves.
17.
[B]Berserk[/b] (general) -
Taking damage while dealing damage with this weapon gives a resilience boost when critical; effect lasts longer if foe is defeated.
Stacks up to 4 times
18.
[B]Payload loader[/b] (general) -
The first few rounds in this weapon has enhanced range and damage depending on the capacity of the magazine.
19.
[B]First and Foremost[/b] (general) -
Landing the first hit in combat increases target acquisition and Stability; effect lasts longer if foe is defeated. Stacks up to 3x
20.
[B]Eye Spy[/b] (Sniper Rifles) -
Bonus presicion damage depending on how long a target has been seen through a scope. Stacks up to 3x.
21.
[B]Transgression[/b] (Shotguns) -
Landing shots repeatedly on 1 foe, or on 2 separate foes send portions of ammo from the reserves to the magazine.
22.
[B]Ruthless Fear[/b] (general) -
Getting enemies critical with this weapon returns a fraction of ammo to the magazine, bonus ammo if enemies are defeated after they've regenerated health.
23.
[B]Dr. Accurate[/b] (general) -
1/4 of the mag is refunded if 2/4 of all shots weren't missed
Effectiveness stacks up to 3x.
24.
[B]Snake Eyes[/b] (Sniper Rifles) -
Click [RS]: Grants zooming to sniper scopes. Precision kills with this weapon increase mobility and temporarily removes the laser for the next time it's aimed.

[B]Scavenger[/b] (general) -
Picking up ammo for this weapon while it's held reduces meele and grenade cooldown; grants even faster cooldown for bigger/stacked pickups.
26.
[B]Convivial Stand[/b] (general) -
Dealing damage with this weapon decreases cooldown on class ability, kills grant better effects. Using class abilities automatically reloads this weapon.
27.
[B]Highlighted[/b] (General) -
repeated hits by this weapon marks foes with a highlight, further hits while Highlighted do increased damage. Random Portions of health are returned for each Highlighted kill.
Marks up to 3x
28.
[B]Concentrated Fire[/b] (Auto/Scout Rifles) -
Repeated Hits with this weapon slightly slows the fire rate in addition to damage. Effect lasts until Reloaded.
29.
[B]Excited Fire[/b] (Auto/Scout Rifles)
Repeated Hits With this weapon slightly increases fire rate in addition to less stability. Effect lasts until reloaded.
30.
[B]Uphill Advantage[/b] (general)
Grants the held weapon bonus stability if the wielder is higher in elevation to a seen foe. Kills in this state grant better perk effectiveness to all equipped weapon perks for a short time.
31.
[B]Anxious Battery[/b] (Fusion or Linear Fusion Rifles)
Repeatedly charge canceling this weapon before firing grants bonus damage for the next 2 shots.

(Update note: redid all links so it wont expire! some of these perks and weapon frames will be laced into new concepts i make. so look out for it.)

This is great, some are quite overpowered, and would better serve as exotic perks, but other than that, these would be doable in the current game...
