Took a look through the list of known issues, and I'm still not seeing this mentioned there. It's a minor annoyance as the functionality is still the same, but I'd love to see it corrected sometime soon.
Transversive steps were changed to ensure the audio cue only played when a weapon was to be reloaded after sprinting, and not proc on something like a sword. However, after the change, the boots now trigger the audio cue immediately after sprinting while still reloading at the same time. The audio does not play if the weapon is fully loaded, so that portion is at least working as intended.
Like I said, it's something super minor and there are plenty of other much larger issues to focus on. I would just love to know that my favorite exotic is getting looked at, at some point.
