Is Horizon Zero Dawn as generic as Ubisoft's open world games?
I'm thinking of buying it, but from the gameplay trailers I've watched it's looks more or less generic (explore, climb, kill mechanic dino, a bit of story, repeat).
Makes me worried it's as generic as Ubisoft's open world games (Far Cry, AC). Far Cry bores the shit out of me and the last AC game I played (Origins) bored me after only a few days.

Excellent game. Stick with it. The story is definitely a bit wow I did guess a major story thing quite early. Got it at launch. But then guerilla is one of my favourite games studio.
