Guardian's Heart Emblem Email not Received

I donated to the Guardian's Heart Covid-19 fundraising initiative and have still not received a code for my emblem in my emai. It has been about 4-5 hours since donation time. That image is my receipt and I also have a bank statement proving I donated to Direct Relief. I can try to verify my identity with someone that can help me, but I don't know how to do so on this forum the right way.

    I am having the same issue but I have asked around to others who have donated and they have said that the emblem code will be sent to your email within a week of the donation.
