I ran Blind Well this morning (PGCR [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/PGCR/6056389094]6056389094[/url]). First time we completed tier 3, someone put in the token thingy to do tier 4. The audio played about overcharging the blind well. Then nothing happened. No enemies spawned, the encounter did not start. We couldn't put any more tokens in for a minute or two. Then we started tier 3 again and completed it. Again, someone put the tier 4 token in. This time it started. Cragur appeared. But no witches appeared on the sides. It was not possible to get orbs to break his shield. Every 30 seconds or so, poison mist would hit an area, like a witch was throwing it at you, but there was no witch. Eventually the encounter timed out without us ever having broken Cragus's shield or doing any damage to him. It's annoying that it's a waste of time.
