Another Finisher Game Freeze Glitch, But I Don't Have a Clue Why It Happened
It looks like the last bug involving finishers that I reported about was fixed a few months ago (the one involving the Finisher Suicide bug with the game freeze). I don't know if someone fixed it or it just went away on its own because I never saw any patch notes on it, but you no longer kill yourself if you're performing a finisher on an enemy that no longer has a body, which seems to have also fixed the game freeze that could trigger on being revived immediately after that happening.
Well, apparently there's still something wrong with finishers. As you can see in the video, an ally tries to perform a finisher on a Taken Minotaur and gets smacked out of it by said enemy. Then I go over and use my finisher on the enemy and immediately revive the ally after the Taken Minotaur dies. Then my game freezes. This is different from before. It used to be a game freeze for the player being revived, but I got a game freeze for reviving someone else who died during a finisher instead.
One thing to note is that at the beginning of the video, I was in my inventory swapping around an Empowered Finish mod for a Global Reach mod. Figured I should mention that since it wasn't captured that well in the video and one of the mods is related to finishers.
I think finishers are so close to working properly. There just needs to be a few more tweaks to them.
