Cant get the Four Horsemen quest
I've gone to Zavala, and i still havent received the four horsemen quest, I'm on pc, and I've gone to the safe to try and get it, but it still isnt giving me the chance to get it off Zavala.

I don’t see the seasonal artifact on your character, so I have to ask - do you actually own the season pass?
