March 13 2020, after 2 games of trails I got an account notification on my screen for a 2-week restriction from matchmade activity due to poor connection status. It made sense, I was on a wireless connection supporting too many devices for about a month there. The notification said 2 weeks, I appealed with evidence after I was able to wire in my connection and explain how my roommates were gone now and their bandwidth was all mine. I was told they were still investigating and to use the remaining time to stabilize the connection, no problem I took a break for a bit. Spent some time in PvE and custom PVP with friends and went to play today, excited, only to find the restriction still in place. Is there any location or contact I can make to be updated on my situation? will the next reset have to occur to lift the restriction? if they moved me to a length restriction, which i wouldn't understand why, is there a way I can find out? It was never a cheating/manipulation thing, the email i received back from Bungie player support did help me relax about that, but now that my internet is in a much better place I'm worried if my excitement is going to be delayed longer.

Not sure about needing to wait for reset, but have you considered the time to be a factor? i.e. what time did you get the restriction?
