What are y'all up to musically as of late? Personally, I'm trying to develop my hybrid picking so I can play some new songs. I can hybrid pick for chord progressions, but I want to develop hybrid picking scaling. If any guitarists have any resources or tips that helped them with this, share them here. I am trying to develop hybrid picking so I can learn some Arch Echo material. I'm torn between learning Earthshine or learning My Heart Sometimes. If y'all have a suggestion of which to learn, please leave it here. Anyways, enough about me, what are y'all up to?

I play tuba, and I've been working on various Star Wars themes. I already know a bunch, but I'd like to learn all of them...

I learned the first 5 seconds of the song by ear the other night. Then it gets tricky with two guitars playing completely different things.

I’m working on the Blood Moon Waltz on piano, as well as Rey’s Theme. Both are really good songs imo. I should probably start working on something for guitar too, but I’ve had no motivation.
-
The intro to Crazy on You (Heart). I can sort of play it, but it’s going to take a lot of practice before I master it.
-
I play saxophone. In band class I was told I was really good, but that wasn't my goal. My goal was to master "careless whispers" Once I did, I did something very outrageous with that song. And then I stopped doing band because there were better classes to do.

Basically still trying to play any song through without a mistake (I’m still new and have weird hands that want to work against me) So far I’ve played Don’t Fear (The Reaper) perfectly once, and that’s about it. Usually my mistakes are small, but I want to get to a place where I can bang out a song on the spot and not have to fumble to find the right fingering. Also I gotta Slow Brain™️ from getting me head squished so remembering music is also a (not super achievable) goal

Just trying to learn how to play in general.

This is a challenging piece, but I'm gonna stick with it

Bohemian Rhapsody on piano. It's the hardest song I've played so far. I recently mastered Piano Man, but this new piece is so difficult to get through.

I’m reeeeaaaalllllyyyy trying to get into FL studio, but I just can’t wrap my head around making beats unfortunately, even though it’s something I’d really like to do as a hobby.
I have next to no musical knowledge by the way, I absolutely suck!
I am trying to learn twenty øne piløts songs by ear on my piano. So far I've done Chlorine, The Hype, and part of Tear in my Heart. It's really fun. I would be teaching myself Guitar but I was tuning it and on the last string it snapped.

I’m on Saxophone, and I’m learning nothing much. I know Hedwig’s theme from Hairless Potter, and that’s all the iconic songs I know.
