All of them knew what was at stake, the whole entire meeting was unusually short. Once it was all said and done Paradox and the rest of Fireteam Genesis met in the Hangar with Fireteam Whisper, Karov’s Fireteam. ———————————————————————————————————— P: “So, it’s true, they’re dead, the both of them.” ———————————————————————————————————— Æ/Ñ: “Yes, and we’re afraid that it came true.” ———————————————————————————————————— R: “Mcreed was braver than most Hunters, he took risks that could have killed him.” ———————————————————————————————————— P: “Odin was a loyal friend, a soldier, a wall, he knew what the best plan of action was. They will both be missed, now if you’ll excuse me I’ll take my leave now.” ———————————————————————————————————— R: “Now let’s all go check on Maelstrom, he should have recovered from that shock right about now.” ———————————————————————————————————— The four of them agreed and went in haste towards the medical ward. They knocked on the door to Room 777 and Ikora let them inside. Alak and Nevis chatted with Ikora outside the room whilst Karov and Rulis went inside. Maelstrom was lying on a hospital bed, he was mumbling incoherently. ———————————————————————————————————— K: “So, how are you?” ———————————————————————————————————— M: “Better than yesterday, I’ll ask Ikora if I’m free to go, I’ve got something to tell you four.” ———————————————————————————————————— I: “Your free to go, may the Traveler keep you safe.” ———————————————————————————————————— Maelstrom started to run down the hall, Karov and the rest of them managed to keep pace with him. They ran through the double doors and made their way to the plaza. Alak and Nevis stood their distance from the rest of them under the shade of a nearby tree. ———————————————————————————————————— K: “So, what did you want to tell us?” ———————————————————————————————————— M: “I’m a Dredgen, Dredgen Lucid, at your service.” ———————————————————————————————————— R: “Wow, I can’t believe it, you actually became a Dredgen.” ———————————————————————————————————— K: “Now we have to get our vengeance for Mcreed and Odin, they were killed by Savathûn. Maelstrom, Karov and Rulis all shared a 9 Room apartment. Mcreed had his own personal quarters all to himself. He left the door unlocked right before he left. Rulis decided to search his room for anything that would be useful to them later. He began to check every container in the room, nothing. He started to check the cabinets, nothing. He finally checked the only drawer in the whole entire room. He opened it to reveal a pair of steel-plated Ahamkara gauntlets.
