NEED HELP - Specifically from BUNGIE - Unable to unlink old steam account in order to xfer B.Net Characters to MAIN Steam acct
As the title says - [b]need to unlink an old steam account [/b] (not sure why this account is linked to my b.net for the crosssave but [u]I can verify ownership[/u] via log in) - however it will [b]not[/b] let me unlink the old account because it says that [i]I purchased silver recently [/i]- which is [b]not[/b] the case as I haven't played the game since roughly the time of the switch to steam. [i]My purchases and progress have been linked to my old account[/i], [u]which has none of my recent progress in gaming, friends, or other games as my current account does[/u]. [b]Please[/b] help with this [u]so I can play the game[/u] - again I can verify I own both accounts, but my hands are tied via your system.......

Once you do disable it, you will have to wait 90 days to enable Cross Save again. There are no exceptions to that. If you've purchased Silver at any time after enabling Cross Save, you can try filling out the contact form on [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]this page[/url] to request your Cross Save be disabled so you can then unlink the account. Be aware that it is up to Bungie staff discretion whether they will respond to requests, and requests are only reviewed during weekday business hours.
