Not trying to spam Game Issues posts on here, but this is another thing I've been encountering recently after the sandbox changes. It seems like sometimes after messing with anything in your inventory, whether it be switching things around or dismantling things, Death Throes stops stacking occasionally. It seems similar to the other exotic inventory glitches but, to my knowledge, it doesn't seem like it happens exactly the same way. It also doesn't appear to be exploitable. The buff just refreshes after an energy weapon kill when it's glitched without adding additional stacks. Going through a load zone appears to fix it. It just seems like a hinderance. I could record it if necessary, but I'd like to save space for my clips and things on my computer. EDIT: After some more messing around, this glitch appears to happen randomly as well, though rarely if it decides to just happen. I'm not really sure what causes it, but letting the buff fully wear out can sometimes fix it too.
