It takes an average of 10-15 minutes to throw together a competent team for anything needing one in this game if you don't meet LFG's bullshit "must have 300 completions/flawless runs and be 2000+ light." Congrats, that's half your playtime. A raid typically takes 40 if you know what you're doing. Trials takes an hour for a straight flawless on average. Sounds like you really don't know what the -blam!- you're talking about
