If you don’t even have enough time to find a decent clan or quickly lfg a group of people then I highly doubt you have enough time to do anything in this game except for some patrols and maybe a strike or two.
This game isn’t for full time dads, it’s not being advertised for them, and it’s certainly not being designed for them. Destiny 2, especially in year 3 and likely beyond, is designed for people who can put 2-5+ hours almost every day farming tedious bounties and quests. Sorry if you have a hard time accepting that, but it’s the truth.

The clans are bs every 1 I’ve been are exactly the same 6-10 people lay together everyone else is solo and if you expect to crack the inner circle let you better play like a top 1% cause 1 screw up and your vanity the outsiders with everyone else
-
That’s what mine has turned into, even though I’m an admin. Feels bad
-
Well, it seems you’re joining the wrong groups My PSN clan certainly ain’t built like that Good luck finding a decent XB clan
-
Sounds like you’re just getting into the wrong clans, unless it’s just a console thing.

I’M a full time dad, and this game is definitely for me. Just only play PVP, never set foot in PvE. Dont worry about light level or gear or emblems, none of that matters.
-
Count me in on that, full time job, 2 kids etc... That's pretty much what I do, play Friday nights crucible on PC with my last remaining RL friend that still plays this game. I'll play a couple extra nights during Iron Banner as well. I don't really do anything PvE related though. Stopped doing all the boring af quests a long time ago. Although today I actually had my first full fire team in well over a year, played with my kids on our Xbox's. I'll admit I had a good time, it was great hearing the excitement in their voices. All we did was public events and adventures (as well as a couple rounds of hudless hide and seek at the farm), & they loved every minute of it because they've been watching me play for years.

Well I suppose if you play it like that, yeah, since most of the grind comes from just grinding tons of pve. Of course I’d assume that most people don’t play like you do.
-
If you remove all players that CAN"T spend 2-5 hours a day, grinding needlessly, then you wont have a game to play because 90% (possibly more?) would not purchase or play the game.
-
That's only the case if you feel like you have to do everything in the game. There's 90 days this season. No need to rush.
-
Right? 90 days to do everything, but if they can’t do it in a week, they are upset.
