I agree, I only have around 1 or 2 hours I can play a day. Last few times I tried doing seraph tower either failed or I was waiting near it with no other players around....

Most people don't know how to do the event since there is no tutorial, and they are under-leveled for it right now anyways. Give it a week or two, hopefully players will get better with time (although unlikely).

Sad to have to say this, but Warmind bounties provide better xp and Warmind bit coins. If no one is doing the towers, go and complete bounties instead.
