For the longest time I could not play Destiny 2 while having chrome open at the same time, as I usually listen to music while playing or even trying to stream the game was out of the question. Even if i tabbed out of the game it would eventually crash within 10 minutes going back in, I went over crash logs and error codes over and over again mostly finding id probably have to just reinstall windows fresh (easiest option for me cause my boot drive doesn't have much on it) I knew it most likely wasnt a hardware issue cause im running a ryzen 5 2600x, GTX 1070, 16gb 3200mhz. Saw some things about disabling xmp but didnt want to do that just for one game when it is useful for me most of the time. Well somehow I came across someone with the similar problems but with a different game, their sollution was to uninstall GeForce Experience and give destiny 2 high priority in task manager. Basically what im saying is that if your having lots of problems with destiny 2 or crashing constantly try uninstalling GFE. Still dont know if it was just GFE doing this or what was actually causing it. I would get runtime access violations on every crash but getting GFE off my system and giving D2 priority seems to work. Wondering if there is any fix people have with GFE problems cause id prefer to use shadowplay over obs for recording my gameplay
