I do not see a reason for Moving Target on Anarchy in any way for the exotic. It's such a useless perk because you don't use the gun for 1 on 1 gunfights like primaries where strafing is much more effective. Normally, most people that I see (including myself), quickly swap to anarchy, pop off two shots into a boss, and then swap off to use another dps weapon.
My proposition instead is to place Quickdraw in its slot to allow you to swap faster when popping off shots and stowing faster so I can use another DPS weapon for synergy. Hell even Auto Loading Holster would work well so I never have to worry about reloading.
EDIT: I'm glad I'm not the only one that wants this perk removed, hopefully Bungie considers it...

Auto-loading Holster is what I’m hoping for. It’d make it insane for DPS phases paired with a sniper with Firing line and Field Prep. 2 shots, snipe, 2 shots, etc... with virtually no downtime.

That thing is nasty in PvP though. Moving target should absolutely stay. [spoiler]All jokes aside, the anarchy is a beast in PvP because it comes with 8 shots.[/spoiler]

I honestly don’t mind Moving Target. It helps to stick bosses from far away. I wouldn’t be heartbroken if it got changed to Rangefinder though. 😈

What if they fixed the fact that anarchy while on barrier champions just requires you to have a barrier weapon out and the game thinks the corresponding damage from anarchy is actually the barrier weapon.... basicaly negates the use of having to fire a weapon with a barrier mod at all.....because it will just drop the barrier on it's own...wonder if bungie even knows about that?

They probably decided the best way to use it was to move around the target laying a web of traps, for which a movement perk would be helpful. I guess that’s not everyone’s style.

Yeah I recently got Anarchy and this immediately stood out to me. There's no reason for ANY grenade launcher to have moving target it's dumb.
