What i mean by this is the riskier the strike (or activity in general) the more you get rewarded.
Currently as you die in stikes you risk nothing so you can die over and over (excluding nightfalls)
But what i would like to see is when you die you risk losing some currencies (shards/glimmer) but if you make it through the strike you get rewarded better. Especially if you make it through a strike flawless.
I think staying alive in strikes and nightfalls should be rewarded, and deaths should entice risk.
The thing Destiny 2 lacks is the notion of risk and should take a few pages out of games like Runescape or Darksouls.

I can already see trolls repeatedly committing suicide in strikes, just to make sure you won’t get rewards!
