Permission To Access Muliplayer Content Problems With New Light And Two Consoles

My roommate just downloaded Destiny 2 New Light, and since he has been online I can't login to Destiny 2. It's extremely frustrating because I have tried all the things under the Bungie Help Article. I heard from other players that having two consoles on the same network would be the culprit, but I have no idea. Please help quick, I want to donate all my polarized fractaline before the end of Empyrean Foundation. The error is, "You have lost connection to Destiny 2 servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere. I have PS Plus, so it's not that; and I used Playstation services to sign me out of all services and devices, so I know I'm not signed in elsewhere.

    This happens sometimes on PS4 I check for updates for the game and system updates the do the following. Doing a full clear of your cache may help. You would be amazed at what problems this can clear. Close everything Shut console down [b][u]Unplug for a 3 - 4 mins this is important[/u][/b] Then restart and try again. Try doing this once a week.
