Refurbished Black Armory Shader
I would like to request Bungie's support for a specific case. I disassembled more than 70 weapons that came equipped with the toner and it does not drop. Without this toner, I can't get the black Arsenal insignia and therefore the Blacksmith's seal. I've seen several similar statements in some forums, what do I do?
