My roommate just downloaded Destiny 2 New Light, and since he has been online I can't login to Destiny 2. It's extremely frustrating because I have tried all the things under the Bungie Help Article. I heard from other players that having two consoles on the same network would be the culprit, but I have no idea. Please help quick, I want to donate all my polarized fractaline before the end of Empyrean Foundation.
The error is, "You have lost connection to Destiny 2 servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere.
I have PS Plus, so it's not that; and I used Playstation services to sign me out of all services and devices, so I know I'm not signed in elsewhere.

Edited by Ingwe-Queen: 2/24/2020 9:30:58 AMThis happens sometimes on PS4 I check for updates for the game and system updates the do the following. Doing a full clear of your cache may help. You would be amazed at what problems this can clear. Close everything Shut console down Unplug for a 3 - 4 mins this is important Then restart and try again. Try doing this once a week.

The error that you are seeing, is a PSN error. There are articles on this particular error, and how to rectify it, if you do a simple Google search. It seems to be a fairly common issue, given how often posts pop up about it. If I could recall the specifics of the fix, I would share them, but the PSN support page should have the info needed.

I have 4 PS4 consoles, 2 Xbox One consoles, an Xbox 360 console, and a Switch console on my network as well as a bunch of other network equipment and never had an issue. I even have 2-3 PS4 consoles on Destiny at the same time and on the same fireteam and haven’t once experienced an issue. You might want to look into your router settings to be sure the settings are optimized. Perhaps your router might not be able to handle it. What make and model is your router?
