Not getting [u][b]ANY[/b][/u] Infamy on a loss is one of the many reasons Gambit is the least played game mode. You hardly get any Infamy when you win as well, unless you are on a four or five win streak. This is almost impossible as a solo player since you are practically always going up against 3 stacks.
The base Infamy gain on a loss without a streak should at least be 150, maybe even more. This would make it easier to rank up, as Gambit requires the most “points” to reach the max rank.
It takes 3000 Infamy once you get to Legend to get the 15000 you need to reset, and when you’re stuck with garbage teammates and going up against try hard clan stacks, it is nearly impossible to get those 3000 points.
If Bungie wants more people to play the game they need it to actually be rewarding. I know this is probably the lowest priority, but it would at least make it a little more worth it to play Gambit.
In Driftor’s own words, “I don’t care if you win or lose, I just want you to get paid.” And getting no Infamy on a loss and hardly any on a win does not feel like I’m getting paid my time investment.
I sincerely hope Bungie takes this into consideration, and sorry for the rant.
Tl;dr, you need to get more Infamy on a loss and when you have a 1 or 2 win streak. And stop putting me up against 3 stack try hards.

Ever since i got Reckoner i haven't been playing Gambit too much and i don't have your problem, but just because I personally don't have it, it doesn't mean the problem doesn't exist, in fact i 100% could see that problem to be real and be super annoying, playing against premade team in any game in any mode can be a bad experience. I think we just need solo queue in Gambit and your problem would be gone.
