Legendary Psion Sundial

Hi, I realise that legend difficultly dropped for sundial last week. But how do I get the Legendary Psion triumph? Do I have to wait for Inotam to come back? Or can I load him anytime? Did I miss him last week? Thank you.

To answer my own question, just in case someone stumbles upon this and is wondering. If you load up legend it will always be Inotam.
