Yes, I purchased both sparrows about 4 days ago. No I never received and email. Yes. I checked Bungie rewards and it was NEVER there. Now I can’t get my emblem. Bungie you need to FIX this bug. At least give us this. Super frustrating. I have been a player since D1, first day and you guys have such a terrible customer service base. You never take issues head on, and always give basic replies if you are even lucky. PEOPLE DID THE CHORES, now allow us to get our emblem. I checked every day and NO code.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Bungie reward codes are no longer emailed, and instead will appear in a new tab once claimed from your Rewards page on Bungie.net. The emblem had to have been claimed prior to today's reset in order to redeem it.
