That's straight up bullshit, I wasn't even aware that it existed and that I had to go to the rewards page to get it. Now I'm just screwed because Bungie didn't simply have it unlock as soon as you buy both sparrows.

You might be able to recover the email from your Trash folder if the server hasn't permanently deleted it yet. Otherwise, no; the reward has been removed from the Rewards page, so it's not possible to generate the code again.

I dug up the email, but looks like I had to claim the reward before crimson days was over. I got the email a week ago, but wasn't aware that this time I had to claim the emblem via the Bungie website. Quite stupid imho, since we always got emblems in the game itself by completing quests and triumphs etc. I didn't know the existence of this emblem and that I had to claim it until I saw all these 'unable to redeem emblem' topics on this forum. So I guess I missed the boat. Well, it's just an emblem so not really the end of the world.
