It’s not bugged.
It’s damaged is capped.
It has a max damage cap that it’s allowed to do.
It is no longer a powerful shot that does an extreme amount of damage.
It was an intentional reduction by bungie.

Edited by YATM: 2/17/2020 2:39:53 PMYou are mistaken. What they did is prevent it from getting the knock em down buff that was added to bottom tree gunslinger in season of the dawn. It still does the full damage that it used to. The problem is when you fire it in pit of heresy it ignores that you have the helmet on and fires three shots.
