[i]As more and more recruits sign up, they are given a wrist communicator of exotic perlescent design without buttons or controls. They are instructed that when their use is necessary they will activate based on the psychic, and physical cues that will it to activate, simply wanting to talk with something does not make it work, but minimal training is required to operate it properly, orientation includes that.
