Did you go to consumables section & open any Eververse package in there?

No.. no video. and yeah, under consumables the Bad Dog ornament did appear, and I did unlock and apply it. I figured I voided any return policy.. and I accept that as 'on me' I'm only reporting to let it be known that it happened. I mean.. if I can switch out the Bad Dog ornament for the emote.. that'd be cool. But i'm not really THAT worried about it. I'm a 20 year vet in IT. I know that sometimes these reports are just noise, but sometimes they help prove there's a problem so devs can make changes. So i figured it was worth a forum post to report it.
