Crimson Days is an absolute bore for most veterans.
There were only two things I hadn’t gotten from Crimson Days. The new sparrows, and the Two Tailed Fox secret triumph.
Got both done and acquired within a couple hours, and now I’m back to having effectively NOTHING WORTH DOING in Destiny.
I even got Reckoner from scratch and hit Legend for my Not Forgotten this season.
I’m sure the New Light players are having a ball with Crimson Days. I’m glad to hear people are enjoying it.
But the fact that an entire holiday event takes about two hours for returning players to get everything available?

2 RepliesAsk yourself. Have you gotten your moneys worth? How many hours do you put into an open ended game like the Witcher? 100? How many hours have you put into destiny’s newest expansion so far? 50? That’s standard for a full game. You’re bored because you played the shit out of this game.

3 RepliesIt’s only a week, did you really think it was going to a lot to do? I think it is fine, I got my sparrow and hope the people who never experienced Crimsons Days have a good time And I got that triumph last year by a mistake and was wondering what other triumphs they were hiding.

I'm a new light player, just got the game in December. I haven't found anything of interest with this event. One crucible playlist? Survival with less players. The rewards are not interesting, one gun that I earned after a handful of matches, and a couple of red sparrows.

Is anyone actually playing doubles? I played 3 games last year and there's nothing special there. Got last years Vow and emote. Why would I play this very lack luster activity anymore? Answer: Im not. Waiting for Season of the Disaster Recovery

Bore is an understatement! It's completely pointless..... "Hey let's throw in an event that lasts weeks but not put any content in it!". Its great for newcomers because it's new to them.... But everyone else gets nothing. Seriously bungie, add some new weapons that aren't just reskins! This entire season has been a let down to me. Hell this entire game has been a let down since bungie started driving this -blam!-ing short bus. The only thing with major changes and content added has been eververse!

Try saying “I’m bored with this event” rather than “veterans are bored with this event”. Further, when I don’t like what’s going on in the game I don’t play it. The parts I don’t like, I skip. Yessss well said. They could have done so much more with it. Offered more weapons. With better affects themed for the event. And they could have offered armor ornaments and better sparrows. Then the trash we got. There pretty bad. They never have anuff variety for these events. From the emblems, to the 1 weapon to the lack luster armor. Add auras and chroma, to the armor sets. Go big. The events last weeks give people multiple iteams of each type to grind for from ghost shells to weapons to emblems. I mean the freaking emblems is dam near the same one from d1. There super lazy at bungie. They know the elite fan boys and these new kids will keep playing no matter what they do or dont do. So they seem like they pretty much said F it. School out For eva

I'm glad I didn't have to play that toxic shitshow again. Just did solo bounties for the sparrows and rebought the Vow to smash for enhancement cores. Perfect.
