Every time I try to launch a matchmaking activity, such as Sundial or Crucible, I receive the Error Code Urchin and I don't understand why. I read the error code page on the Help site and it says I may have a restriction placed on my account. I think I may know why that is. I recorded myself doing a Crucible meme video, then I got killed by Lord of Wolves, so I left the match, but that was over a week and a half ago. I never read the new banning policy because I didn't think I would ever violate anything that would be in there. I did submit a ban appeal, so I was also wondering, about how long would it take for the matchmaking restriction to be lifted off my account? I'm trying to make Destiny 2 videos as a job here and also trying to make people laugh, so that whole video was meant as a joke. I don't see why I'd get a restriction for that.
Attached is the video that probably got my account restricted from matchmaking.
EDIT: I'm now able to Matchmake. I think my ban appeal was accepted, just not responded to. :)

Unless you received an in-game notification, stating that your account was restricted from matchmaking, you were not restricted or banned. Bungie provides an in-game notification when accounts are restricted, and it would have popped up again when you tried to launch a PvP activity. If your account was banned, you would not have been able to login to the game at all, and would have seen a “Not so fast!” notification. More than likely, there was an issue with your internet that caused issues connecting to matchmaking. Perhaps your ISP was doing maintenance, or simply had a fault in your area.
