Every Guardian across the system was in mourning. The whole entire City was there for Cayde’s funeral, I broadcasted the whole entire thing across the system. I could feel the pain of every hunter, of every warlock, and of every Titan. Ikora was enraged about Cayde’s death, and who wouldn’t. Zavala on the other hand has decided not to let Ikora’s plan of action go through, he knew that we needed to protect the Traveler. ———————————————————————————————————— “We can’t risk losing anymore guardians.” Zavala said. “Yet, this is Cayde we’re talking about!” Ikora replied, she was raging mad. Then Paradox-{43} entered the room, he stood between both Vanguard leaders and issued a suggestion. “Commander, Ikora, might I suggest that the both of you agree on something. I myself was going on scouting expedition in search of any unknown threats to the City.” He said. “I will send the Hidden to find and track Uldren until he is dead.” Ikora said, still enraged over Cayde’s death, and still ignoring what Zavala had previously said. ———————————————————————————————————— Then I decided to intervene, I spoke a single statement, and that one single statement rallies Guardians everywhere to join the Hunt for Prince Uldren Sov of the Reef. “Vengeance is mine and mine alone, I will slaughter any one that stands in my way. Not just every man, but every woman, and all of the children as well. No one will be left, I will spare none, all will feel my pain, our pain will be felt across the entire system, by every every man, woman, and child.” I spoke this before walking out of the room. The Eclipse was upgraded by Amanda to include more weapons and other means of protection. The engine was upgraded to use a NLS drive. Anastasi Bray, with help from Odin, added some of Rasputin’s armaments to the Eclipse. ———————————————————————————————————— I booted up the radio and turned on some music. Nexus took control of the Eclipse and set a course for the Tangled Shore. Meanwhile, I was fidgeting with the Warmind armaments and blowing up Fallen Ketches on Venus and on Titan. The explosions that followed were so hilarious that I was laughing. “We made it!” Nexus said. “Let’s go get ourselves some deranged, probably controlled by an Ahamkara, lunatic murderer.” I replied. The Eclipse dropped us off at the closest entry point to the Tangled Shore, Thieves Landing.
