This is a topic that has been brought up by many Destiny players; however, from all the forums that I've read, I haven't seen Bungie address or even make a comment about this topic. MANY Guardians have worked very diligently in order to obtain these in game seals while trying to balance our life outside of Destiny. Completing them gives us a sense of success not matter how simple the seal is; however, the fact that we can not purchase a physical seal following our completion because we did not complete them in time is a major let down. Yes, many of us are aware that certain Triumphs like the Season of Undying or Dawn are within a time frame. These triumphs make sense as they are tailored to activities that are only available to that season, but why close other triumphs that the community can still obtain in-game? Per example, I have nearly completed the Gambit Triumph Seal, and with this excitement I've told many friends of my hard work and how I would be able to buy a pin as a reward. But after finding out that the pin was locked to a particular season, it has lost my interest and the interest of many fellow Guardians on even bothering with getting these Seals, let alone the game itself. A majority of the community DOES NOT live and breath Destiny, many of us do not stream the game for a living, or dedicate as much time as we would like to towards the game. I am also aware of the whole manufacturing, purchasing, and delivering process as I work in the business industry and am aware of how tedious making certain products can be; however, a contingency plan should have been made before hand in case many Guardians finish certain seals AFTER the season end to compensate for those who could not dedicate as much time during the season's existence. A safety-stock reserve should at least have been considered in case of such a possibility (which it is) to occur. I am part of the original D1 community, since the very first day the game was released. I have stuck with the game even through the tough hurtles that Bungie has faced along the way. But having to not be able to obtain rewards that we've worked hard for because we're also trying to survive in the real world is very absurd. Will the physical seals ever be released again the rest of the community? As realistically, what's the point of even trying if we have nothing to show for it in the real world?
