It really needs to be dialed in for light enabled PvP content. Max possible power should be whatever the highest possible gear cap is at that time. This way people can still use the artifact rather than farming powerful gear but it still doesn't absolutely screw everyone else over and ruin the mode. Ran into a dude at 1k power in S8. Needless to say that went over horribly for the whole lobby and was not fun. That same dude is at 1011 power currently. Absolutely insane.
