I really don't understand this post. I just watched a run-through, it's the same boring generic stand on a plate and shoot an unmoving boss mechanic.
Go play games with an actual story, actual boss fights, you'll feel like an abused spouse finally leaving their toxic partner. All we have now are seasons that don't matter with loot that doesn't matter with stories that don't matter.
This game has no story, no point, just stupid lore cards that sound like they were written by a 14-year-old emo prince of darkness kid going through a breakup while dosed on 8 hits of lab quality LSD.
But go ahead, warm up that vex gate by standing still, shoot a boss, then do it all over again to your hearts desire.

What games do you speak of? Because I've played tons. I'm currently playing through bioshock, and I went back to play MHW: Iceborne, and I recently finished Jedi Fallen Order, and I could name plenty more games I've played through, but no matter how many more games I play, I keep coming back to destiny. Why? Because I enjoy it. Let people enjoy things.

Ah yes the famous "You don't think what you think you think." If I felt the need to play then that's what I would be doing. I take breaks from this game. LONG breaks on some occasions. I just enjoy the game, so when I feel like it, I come back and play it. It's not like I'm dependent on it. There was one occasion in which I took a break for an entire year, and I was just fine playing different games. I have nearly skipped entire seasons at times and been perfectly fine. Basically, you can't speak for somebody else's subjective opinion, and the things that they have fun with, only they can. So don't try.
