Broken Emblem

I recently got this emblem as a drop in gambit. Thought it was cool so tried equipping it but every time I try it just flashes red like I don't own it. Can someone tell me whats wrong here ?

It's an emblem varient for one of the gambit emblems, I can't remember which one of the top of my head.
