180 scout rifles are designed to fail
How is it possible that 180 scouts have the same impact as 200 scouts? That makes them naturally worse.

Same with 140 vs 150 RPM HCs. Damage boosting perks, range, precision accuracy requirement, and pretty much everything else on these archetypes are way too similar. 180 and 200 RPM scouts are in the same boat. Only upsides on a 180 scout are it's PvP damage with kill clip is a more reliable three tap than a 200 with kill clip, and it has more aim assist at massive ranges. That's it. Otherwise, virtually identical across all normal engagements other than in rate of fire, meaning a 200 RPM is just better.
