So I've got a (very) minor "dilemma" that I want some thoughts on. I've got a friend who, to obvious controversy, enjoys memes with the ñ-word, and will sometimes post them in a spam chat for a group that we are in, which is supposed to be a "if you don't like it then leave" type deal. So someone asks him to stop posting those memes, and abruptly afterwards, someone else kicks him without warning. I add him back, and he says that he will stop posting those memes, and then the same person kicks him again without reason. I defend him by saying that they should hear him out before they kick him regardless of how they feel about the humor he enjoys, and then they boot me. They proceed to add me back and then essentially say "shut up you're wrong"
Venting aside, here's my inquiry(and I'm asking this seriously): What kind of lines does someone have to cross for you to throw logic out the window?

Humor is different for everyone, but if your friend was asked to stop & he agreed to, then they should have given him a second chance. Also, they should change their motto to Anything is Allowed, as Long as We Approve it. Stay away from that group & those people. If they ask you why, tell them the truth, that they are hypocrites & they should have given him the chance to prove his word was good.

Apparently few particularly thin ones.

I’ve had to deal with people like them before. I’m naturally a pretty logical person, so when people abuse their power like that for absolutely no reason, it makes me super mad. Good luck with him, mate
baited
There are plenty of things wrong here and none of them relate to his humor. 1. Your group has a “if you don’t like it, leave.” Deal, right? Well... clearly not if you and your friend are getting unjustly kicked. 2. Have you brought up said group motto to them yet? You should and then call them out for their hypocrisy.
What kind of lines does someone have to cross for you to throw logic out the window?
I don't really know. I'm not going to name names but someone here said it was okay to shoot police if they are trying to apprehend you.

You can talk about the charity organization people and they will see what they do for them to do their own work they have to do their work they have to do it and their job and their children and their work and their children they have to do it and their children and they are children they have never been there for their work they are not there they have never met them they have a good day they have to come back and their children they are children and they have to come back and their work and their children and their job is for them and I don’t have a problem and I will see if I could come back for them to be able to work them.

I would just leave the group. They don’t sound worth the trouble.
-
I'm terribly sorry. What is the problem, exactly?
What kind of lines does someone have to cross for you to throw logic out the window?
Once they've crossed that line and the only way to reach them is to appeal to their baser instincts
