Dear Support, I'm sure this isn't intentional but when you open a Dawning gift it sometimes changes its position in the inventory, and every time its place gets taken by Upgrade Shards, it happened to me twice already that i accidentally deleted Upgrade Shards because i redeemed a bunch of gifts and didn't really stay sharp, and the gift suddenly moved and instead of opening a package i deleted a shard... I'm sure this isn't malicious intent from your side, so it'd be nice if i could somehow get those back... Sincerely, Nofabe
