Ban and Restrictions

I have a permanent ban/restriction against other players in gambit and crucible because sometimes my connection sucks.. someone can help me?

  • What type of help would you like? We can go through some basic things. Are you hardwired in or wireless? Also what are your up/down speeds, any packet loss, or latency?

    • Restrictions and Bans are different. Restrictions are for a specific period of time. Bans are permanent Which one did you get [url=https://imgur.com/HUONygw]Restriction[/url] [url=https://imgur.com/iRpGORG]Ban[/url] Suspensions are 30-60mins 1st Restriction is 2 weeks 2nd Restriction is 2 months 3rd Restriction is permanent exclusion from PVP activities. Bans are permanent exclusion from the whole game You have been reported for lagging by other players your connection has an impact on how they play. Bungie has checked and found they were correct. If you do not improve you connection you will be Restricted again for longer. If you are unable to improve or get a more stable connection then you must stay out of PVP. If you would like some advice on your connection. I am no expert on these matters but we do have some very tech-savvy people who are. To enable those people to help you troubleshoot could you provide information to the questions below and do a test at the link provided and type your results in with your reply. How many people and devices are using your connection? Are you using a wired or wireless connection? Do you use other things like chat, Spotify, while playing games etc?
