When playing the game I am experiencing latency and networking issues. I’ve gotten beet and kale error codes constantly. I had to delete the entire game just to log into Destiny. I’ve checked my network connections and it’s not the internet. Please help because I really want to play the game.

Hi, So it still could be your WiFi especially if you have a router hooked up to your modem to provide it. I experienced something very similar last year and was surprised I did not get hit with a restrictions while it was happening. Ever since I made the changes everything is very stable with no issues. The problem you may be experiencing may be related to what bandwidth your WiFi is set. There is 20, 40 and 80 mHz. Most new modems will come set to 80 mHz which allows for fantastic speeds but will also have very high latency issues and lost packets. Games do not like that. Go in and change your WiFi to 20 mHz and your problems should go away, at least mine did. Even though my system was connected via hard wire, when other people in the house were using the WiFi it would cause connectivity issues with my modem and therefore my PS4. If that does not resolve your problem try changing the channel in which your WiFi is set because other electronics may be interfering with it. Most modems come set to auto. There are software programs that will allow you to monitor your WiFi channels for noise levels from a WiFi enabled laptop or computer. There are many tutorials online if you need help. Hope this helps, Guardian.

May very well be somethimg your ISP needs to investigate. You don't directly connect to anything over the internet. It is actually a series of individual connections... can be a dozen or more unique network segments in play and involving up to 3 or more different ISP's. Basically, there are a LOT of potential points of failure on the other side of your modem's connection to your ISP's head end, and your ISP's policies ultimately determine the route you will take to get to each target destination.
