I'm starting to get the impression...
I don't know if this has been noted yet or not but I noticed the only high stat rolled armor comes from anything that is paid for content. Anything like forges, gambit, strikes, etc. seem to drop in the mid to high 40s.
Now I farmed these same pieces during season of undying and was getting a more consistent mid to high 50 stat rolls on armor from these same instances, seems like season of dawn had the armor tuned to drop lower stats from my experience.
Anyone else notice this?

in the season of the Undying, IB gear was dropping in the 60's. For this season, the best I've seen is the season Righteous gear that you can get by upgrading your "seasons" and that's in the mid 60's. If next season there's only one particular set that drops high beginning stats, then we have a pattern forming.
