Rat King Catalyst?
I was told you can get Rat King catalyst from vanguard but can you get it from crucible? And do you have a higher chance of getting it by playing it with other rat king users or clan members?

I don't know what the Clan Banner perks are off the top of my head, but sometimes there's a level perk where yes, there is a higher chance when playing with Clanmates (check the Clan Banner for that information).
