Saladin NOT Giving Iron Engrams

Have completed three of the bounties from Saladin. When I went to increase Iron Banner Reputation the FIRST time, the engram stayed dark colored and the reputation banner just flashes. Now I have missed out on how many engrams???? This game is a slog as it is, so annoying.

Have you completed the Iron Banner quest for this season? You'll need to finish that in order to redeem IB tokens at ol' Salad Bar.
