You can do your part by reporting said cheaters! You can do so by using the in-game reporting system, or you can report them online on the PGCR. If you have video evidence of the hackers in question, you can use the report cheating form on [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12960]this article[/url] Please note that not all instances are cheating instances. It could very well be just lag. Also, abusing the form could lead to action being taken against you. So if you are not sure if they are cheating, do not use the form.

Unfortunately, it is as HorridBurrito said. And it seems to be spilling more and more onto console as well, with the game being free to start. If there is something I want that requires any kind of crucible, I get it done and get the heck away as fast as possible.

They ban them as fast as they can. But there’s nothing stopping hackers from making a new account.
