Last night didn’t work out, but that’s ok. I’m going to try a variety of different techniques until I figure out my “trigger”. Last night I tried meditation and repeating “The next time I dream, I will know it’s a dream.” I then let my body do the rest. Tonight I’m going to try waking up around 4 and doing this weird finger thing till I either fall asleep or drift into a lucid dream. Also, I’ll be using this as my “dream journal”, so you’ll know about all my dreams. Heck maybe I’ll even write stories about them! Unless they’re...you know what never mind...
