Tess Everis icon keeps blinking
On The Tower map, the icon of Tess Everis keeps blinking as if she has something for me to do but there is nothing but the "buy silver" link that indicates me to click it.
Help?

It is probably some kind of a marketing trick. Bungie won't fix it because it makes people check the store.

Makes me want to seriously quit this game now. Too bad as bought every season since first game. So annoying and they haven’t done anything about it at least by Jan 2020
