Still waiting on Crown of Sorrow Jacket
This whole raid jacket process is garbage. Supposed to be a batch shipped in November and a batch the rest in December. Have seen many reviews on youtube starting Mid november. I ordered Jun 9th and my order status still says preparing to ship. Over a month later? As I previously stated, I was actually dumb enough to get scammed into purchasing the fast shipping...then when bungie said Nov/Dec I contacted customer support to seek a refund on the extra shipping and just have standard since it was going to be several more months until they told me they couldnt refund it that once they shipped it, it would arrive within the timeframe I paid for. I have an ex clanmate that ordered after me, moved, contacted customer service to change address and still got his in what seems like the first batch timeframe. So I'm seriously just wondering... what's the deal?

As an update from two of the streamers I just contacted, they ordered their jackets over a week after I did and did not pay for expedited shipping yet still received theirs over a month before mine has even sshipped.

Just as a heads up for any bungie people...My whole clan decided not to buy the Garden Jacket because of how much of an "experience" weve had. One clan may not be a lot, but that's 17 jackets that would have been potentially bought. I imagine at least a few others share the same thoughts. Lack of planning, support, and communication with the customers hurts revinue.
